Jazz Excel In The Paint

I love the way the Utah Jazz is playing since Deron Williams Was dreafted. They have a specific technique in transitions that enable their forwards to get easy baskets in the paint. Indeed during transitions, both SG and SF crosses through the paint as any regular NBA team.

But instead of completely going out to the 3 points line, Utah owns some athletic guys like Brewer or Millsap that stops in the paint to wait for the pass. That give them the opportunity get easy dunk behind the defense that most of the time float to force the point guard out of the paint.

The lakers did a great job by cutting the passes in the paint but Utah is very good at it. I believe this a very ingenious new way to play transitions.
